QIQIAIR cannot find the diffuser

  • Check that QIQIAIR has the Android permissions requested during setup.
  • Close and reopen QIQIAIR, then retry device discovery.

The diffuser shows offline

  • Confirm the diffuser has power and has completed startup.
  • Check the phone and network connection used by your specific diffuser model.
  • Restart the diffuser and reopen QIQIAIR.
  • If needed, remove the device from the app and add it again by following the setup instructions.

App controls do not respond

  • Wait a few seconds after the device first connects.
  • Confirm the device still appears online.
  • Restart the app and the diffuser.
